Every Thursday, 07:00 CET

A Thursday letterfor people who ship.

About 1,200 words on building software without a growth team — what we changed, what it cost, and the numbers underneath it. No sponsored sections, ever, and nothing in a week that had nothing worth saying.

No welcome sequence, no upsell. Just Thursday.

Questions

Three fair questions

How often, honestly?+

Every Thursday at 07:00 CET, and I have missed four in five years. If a week has nothing worth 1,200 words you get nothing, not filler.

Is it sponsored?+

No, and it never will be. If I ever write about a tool it is because we pay for it.

Can I unsubscribe easily?+

One click at the bottom of every email, no confirmation page and no 'are you sure'. Your address is never shared or sold, and I delete bounced addresses rather than retrying them for a year.
